Ongaonga School Goes to Science Camp
Each day we drove up to Napier for Science Camp. This is what we did:
Electromagnetism
The Teslacoil was loud! It also made big lightning bolts and made the light above it go.
We made bristle-bots out of phone parts and the bristles of a toothbrush.
We made an electromagnetic circiut.

We also programmed an Arduino.
Estuary
In the estuary we found lots of interesting critters and saw lots of birds. Some people fell over in the estuary.
Clearing The Air
We learnt that electric and hybrid cars are better for the environment and that the air in Hastings is worse than Napier.
We enjoyed Science Camp!
